Everything is web based phone app is useless unless your paying $$
It is supposed to help us communicate but I can't tell exactly what services the co-parent has so that I can connect with our daughter.
I have had trouble with the app since I've been using it. Video calls are terrible it freezes up then slow motion and then it fast forwards. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
App does what it was intended to do by holding my daughter's mom accountable. At first I was offended by having to use this service but it actually turned out to he a huge blessing in the long run.
Absolutely dreadful app! Takes advantage of separated parents. 120mins of call time seriously!? For $35 per month? What a horrible disgrace. Being seperated in a difficult situation is bad enough. This app is poorly constructed, anything but user friendly, cuts out constantly. The greedy developers who made it should congratulate themselves of fleecing separated parents and making everyone's life way harder. No idea why the courts insisted we use this rubbish app it's the pits. 0/10.
This app literally transcribes verbal conversations . And records them . A+!

The unfortunate circumstances that cause you to have this app sucks but ultimately it is a great platform to utilize. Streamlines communication and allows peace of mind while doing so. 10/10 🌟 for me.
Developer suggestions: To set the record straight, I'm not giving a bad review because I'm divorcing. I'm leaving a bad review because there are features that are missing that if added, this would most definitely be a five-star app. Those are two features in particular: 1) after a period a new sentence needs to be capitalized. 2) messages need to save drafts. I typed way too long a message that was lost because I left the app and came back.
It's nice not to stress about gathering and recording everything.
